How You Contribute

1. Contract & Legal Support

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising daily operational contracts (e.g., store leases, procurement and supply chain agreements, marketing and advertising contracts, e-commerce platform cooperation agreements) with guided risk identification.
Support the standardization and optimization of the company’s contract template library to improve approval efficiency.
Help conduct basic compliance checks for promotional campaigns, advertising copy, and IP usage across offline and online channels.
Explore the use of legal AI.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection Support

Assist in managing the company’s sports brands and related IP assets (trademarks, patents, copyrights), including tracking registrations, renewals, amendments, and oppositions.
Monitor online and offline markets for potential counterfeiting or infringement; help collect and organize preliminary evidence.
Support IP risk assessments and contract drafting for sports event sponsorships, athlete endorsements, and cross-industry collaborations.

3. Litigation & Dispute Case Support

Assist in handling disputes (e.g., consumer claims, labor disputes, supplier breaches) by organizing case facts and evidence chains.
Maintain case documentation, reporting and conduct basic legal analysis.
Coordinate with external counsel, track case progress, and participate in post-case reviews and summaries.

Role Qualifications

1）Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable law school at home or abroad, preferably in civil and commercial Law, corporate law, Economic Law, Intellectual Property Law, or related fields.
2）Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong bilingual capabilities in reviewing contracts and drafting legal documents in both Chinese and English.
3）Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and mainstream legal research tools.
4）Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is a plus.

1）合同与法律支持
协助起草、审阅与修订日常运营类合同（如店铺租赁、采购与供应链协议、市场推广与广告合同、电商平台合作协议等），在指导下进行风险识别。
支持公司合同模板库的标准化与优化，提升审批效率。
协助开展线上线下渠道促销活动、广告文案及 IP 使用的基础合规审查。
探索法律 AI 工具的应用。
2）知识产权与商标保护支持
协助管理公司运动品牌及相关知识产权资产（商标、专利、著作权），跟进注册、续展、变更及异议等事务。
监测线上线下市场中的潜在假冒与侵权行为，协助收集与整理初步证据。
支持体育赛事赞助、运动员代言及跨界合作中的知识产权风险评估与合同起草。
3）诉讼与争议案件支持
协助处理各类争议（如消费者索赔、劳动争议、供应商违约等），梳理案件事实与证据链。
维护案件文档与报告，开展基础法律分析。
对接外部律师，跟进案件进展，并参与结案复盘与总结。

任职要求
1）国内外知名法学院本科及以上学历，民商法、公司法、经济法、知识产权法等相关专业优先。
2）英语可作为工作语言，具备中英文合同审阅及法律文书起草的双语能力。
3）熟练使用常用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）及主流法律检索工具。
