How You Contribute

As a Management Trainee

You will have the opportunity to rotate through the following areas:

Recruitment Delivery & Selection:? Take independent ownership of end-to-end recruitment for selected functional roles, covering talent screening, interview evaluation, and offer-to-onboarding execution.

HR Business Partnering & Organizational Diagnosis:? Work closely with business units to support employee development, organizational effectiveness enhancement, team building, and employee relations management.

Policy Design & Data Modeling:? Participate in the design of core COE policies (e.g., digitalization or organization development initiatives) and conduct quantitative data analysis.

Within HR function

1) Conduct full employee life cycle from recruitment, engagement to development with professional insights and strategies.

2) Support in performance management and talent development initiatives, such as follow up with Retail Leadership Program, objectives setting/evaluation campaign and talent review campaign.

3) Lead critical projects to enhance employee experience, organization efficiency or any other business-critical topics.

Role Qualifications

1) Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports.

2) Eager to learn with inner drive to achieve more and commit to impact.

3) Good at communication as a team player to achieve better win-win situations.

4) Detail driven with comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft office software (especially Excel & PPT).

5) Bachelor or above degree in any discipline.

作为管理培训生（MT），你将有机会尝试以下轮岗机会：
1）招聘交付与甄选：独立负责部分职能岗位的全流程运作，执行人才甄选、面试评估及Offer入职落地
2）业务伙伴与组织诊断：深入业务单元，协助进行人员发展、组织效能提升、团队建设及员工关系沟通与处理。
3）政策设计与数据建模：参与COE核心政策（数字化项目或组织发展项目等）的方案设计与数据量化分析。

在人力资源职能中
1）以专业洞察与策略，贯穿员工全生命周期管理，涵盖招聘、员工敬业度到人才发展。
2）支持绩效管理与人才发展项目落地，例如跟进零售领导力发展项目、目标设定与绩效评估、人才盘点等。
3）主导关键项目，提升员工体验、组织效率或推进其他业务重点议题。

任职要求
1）热爱户外及零售业务，热爱运动。
2）求知欲强，具备自我驱动力，追求卓越，并致力于创造实际影响力。
3）具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，善于达成共赢。
4）注重细节，熟练掌握 Office 办公软件（尤其是 Excel 与 PPT）。
