How You Contribute

As a Management Trainee

1) Gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end supply chain, including international freight forwarding, import/export customs affairs, domestic warehousing, logistics, distribution, and after-sales repair services.

2) Acquire direct experience in modern automated warehouse management.

3) Have the opportunity to work in retail stores-engaging directly with consumers through after-sales repair and warranty support-and participate in the implementation of major future supply chain initiatives.

Role Qualifications

1) Bachelor's degree or above with a strong academic record is preferred.

2) Relevant major or internship experience in one of the following areas: Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Textile Design, etc.

3) Strong problem-solving skills, including logical reasoning, creative thinking, numerical proficiency, and the ability to tackle complex issues.

4) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5) Fluent in written and spoken English.

你的职责

作为管理培训生（MT）
1）深入参与端到端供应链各环节，包括国际货运代理、进出口报关事务、国内仓储、物流配送及售后维修服务。
2）直接参与现代化自动化仓储管理的实际运营。
3）有机会深入零售门店一线——通过售后维修与保修服务直接触达消费者——并参与未来重大供应链项目的落地实施。

4）具备良好的团队协作能力。
