Job Description

· Participant in investigations by conducting desktop search, standard checking procedures, email review, site visit, interview assistance, etc.
· Assisting in the preparation of summary and report findings accurately and objectively
· Day to day execution of internal administration tasks
· Working effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating the supervisor on progress

Education, experience and skills

· A diploma or degree in, preferred in a finance related discipline but not essential
· Proficient in English, both spoken and written, CET-6 exam is required
· Any business research and report writing experience is an advantage
· Any experience in financial area or project management is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Strong communication skills in Chinese
· Detail-oriented and organized
· Willing to travel

13岗位职责

· 通过网上搜索、执行标准化审核流程、审阅电子邮件、现场走访和协助访谈等方式参与法证调查工作
· 协助起草工作总结及报告，能客观准确地呈现工作过程
· 执行常规的内部行政工作
· 以团队成员身份有效地开展工作，能够分担责任，互相提供支持，保持有效沟通，根据工作进度向上级汇报

学历，经验和技能
· 全日制本科及以上学历, 财务或相关类型专业背景优先
· 出色的英文读写能力，须通过大学英语6级考试
· 有商业调研和报告撰写的相关经验为佳
· 有任何财务领域相关或项目管理经验为佳
· 能够熟练操作微软办公软件 (Excel、Powerpoint、Word)
· 优秀的中文沟通能力
· 注重细节、有较强的条理性
