Job Description
1. Project management for product transfers and new product launches within the manufacturing plant.
2. Serve as the primary factory liaison, connecting the plant with customers.
3. Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments on product launches, industrialization processes, and critical quality
issues.
4. Review and drive continuous cost-optimization initiatives for products.
5. Report on and monitor overall project status, milestones, and progress.
6. Oversee product sample runs and ensure a seamless release to series production.
7. Support mass-production troubleshooting to guarantee on-time customer deliveries with the required quality and quantities.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majoring in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
3. Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal collaboration skills.
4. Internship or project experience in manufacturing, R&D, or supply chain is a plus, but not mandatory – we welcome fresh
graduates with strong academic performance.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and handle multiple tasks under guidance.
7. Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic factory environment, showing resilience and a hands-on attitude when faced with
challenges.
8. Team-oriented mindset, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
