General Profile
Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Typically has knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Works within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data, such as KPI reports, sales booking/revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects
Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures.
2. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports and business processes.
3. Provides business continuity support for any issues related to sales processes, CRM, forecast etc.
4. Supports Global Business Alignment Process.
5. Usually responsible for only one or a small number of products & services in one region
6. Participates in achieving BU financial targets. Contributed to book/bill commit and forecast.
7. Extracts financial, statistical and other data from various information systems and other sources.

Education: Bachelor's and above
? Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
? Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Python
