Job description
As a Radar Algorithm Engineer, you will develop Algorithms for millimeter-wave radar products and participate in Radar architecture design. You will be responsible for the development of key algorithm modules and serve as the technical responsible for resolving technical issues.

Your tasks in detail:
Develop advanced radar sensing algorithms, including:
o Radar signal processing
o Array signal processing
o Environmental modeling
o Object tracking and classification
o Multi-sensor fusion
? Act as the primary technical owner for customer requirement analysis and the development of robust algorithm specifications.
? Perform simulation and validation using real-world road test data.
? Conduct algorithm performance verification, root cause analysis, and iterative improvements.
? Continuously enhance radar perception capabilities.
? Work closely with hardware design, system integration, vehicle testing, and software development teams.
? Deliver production-ready solutions through hardware-software integration, calibration, algorithm tuning, and validation.

Candidate Requirements
Education:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in: Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Or a related field
Programming Skills:
Good in: C/C++, Python, MATLAB, Experience with embedded systems and real-time signal processing is a plus.
Language & Soft Skills:
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency.
Strong English skills in: Technical documentation reading, Technical writing, Verbal communication
Good systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Highly self-motivated.
