RESPONSIBLITIES
Daily operation and maintenance of building services systems (HVAC/FS/P&D/EL/ELV);
Conduct inspections of building services facilities and prepare enhancement proposals;
Assist to coordinate for tenants’ fit-out control;
Supervise performances of contractors to ensure compliance with specification and EHS requirements;
Assist the Engineer / Assistant Engineer to organize, coordinate and manage specific projects.
