The job holder ensures to meet / perform 该职务确保能达到或履行：
Perform IVD reagent production operations and documentation in accordance with SOP and GMP requirements, ensuring product quality and production compliance.
按SOP及GMP要求完成IVD试剂生产相关操作与记录，保障产品质量与生产合规。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Assist in performing IVD reagent production operations, including solution preparation, aliquoting, labeling, and assembly, in accordance with SOP and batch production record requirements.
依据SOP及批生产记录要求，协助完成IVD试剂的配液、分装、贴标、组装等生产操作。

2. Assist in the receipt and verification of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products
协助完成原辅料、半成品及成品的领取与核对。
3. Work in the cleanroom (e.g., Class 10,000/100,000) in strict compliance with gowning, disinfection, and entry/exit procedures to maintain environmental cleanliness.
在洁净区（如万级/十万级）内，严格按照更衣、消毒及进出流程规范作业，维护生产环境洁净度。
4. Promptly and accurately complete GMP documents such as batch production records, material balance records, and line clearance records, ensuring data authenticity, integrity, and traceability.
及时、如实填写生产批记录、物料平衡记录、清场记录等GMP文件，确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。
5. Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and basic maintenance of production equipment and tools, and assist with line clearance and equipment inspection.
负责生产设备及工器具的日常清洁、消毒与简单维护，配合完成清场及设备点检
6. Complete other production-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
完成上级指派的其它工作。

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
? Currently enrolled in a college program or above, studying Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, or something related
大专及以上学历在读，生物技术、生物工程、分子生物学、免疫学、医学检验、药学、化学、食品科学等相关专业。

Experience工作经验:
? Familiar with basic lab techniques (like pipetting, solution prep, centrifugation, etc.); experience in a lab or IVD/pharma production internship is a plus.
了解基础实验操作（如移液、配液、离心等），有实验室或IVD/药企生产实习经验者优先。
? Detail-oriented and responsible, with good hands-on skills, a quick learning ability, and a team player mindset.
工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的动手能力、学习能力和团队协作意识。
? Able to strictly follow GMP and cleanroom rules, with a strong sense of quality and safety.
能严格遵守GMP及洁净区管理要求，具备较强的质量意识与安全意识。
