岗位职责：

Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting Support ?Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting documentation. ?Support journal entry preparation and related supporting documentation. ?Perform basic accounting data verification and validation. ?Help maintain account reconciliation files and supporting schedules. Month-End Closing Support ?Assist the RTR team during month-end closing activities. ?Support balance sheet reconciliations and analysis. ?Prepare reports and collect supporting documents required for closing activities. ?Follow up on open issues and action items related to month-end close. Compliance & Documentation ?Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation. ?Support SOX/internal control documentation preparation and filing. ?Assist in audit requests and supporting document collection. ?Ensure all documents are maintained according to company policies. Data Analysis & Reporting ?Assist in data extraction and report preparation from SAP, OneStream, or other finance systems. ?Support the preparation of management reports and KPI tracking. ?Identify data inconsistencies and escalate issues when necessary. Continuous Improvement ?Participate in process improvement initiatives. ?Support standardization and documentation of RTR procedures. ?Assist in testing activities for system enhancements or process changes when required.

?Bachelor’s degree candidate in: oAccounting oFinance oEconomics oBusiness Administration oRelated disciplines ?Good understanding of basic accounting principles. ?Good command of Microsoft Excel. ?Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ?Good communication and teamwork skills. ?Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. ?Able to commit to an internship for at least 3-6 months. Preferred ?Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. ?Experience using Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis tools. ?Good English communication skills (written and verbal). ?Internship experience in finance, accounting, or shared service centers.
