Responsibilities：
- Conduct industry, competitive, technology, and policy research to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, executive-ready reports, presentations, and insights.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization.
- Maintain and enhance research databases, knowledge repositories, and information resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional information gathering and stakeholder inputs.
- Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve team productivity, research efficiency, and knowledge management.

Requirements：
- Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Solid engineering foundation with the ability to understand and analyze technology and industry trends.
- Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry, including key market drivers, technologies, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong interest in the semiconductor, AI, automotive, or industrial technology sectors.
- Prior experience in research, consulting, market analysis, strategy projects, or technology-related studies is a plus.
