Job summary:
Support the Supply Management team in NPD projects, supplier coordination, sourcing activities, data management, and global project support. Gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Support daily Supply Management operations, including data collection, report preparation, document filing, and status tracking.
? Assist NPD project activities by following up project milestones, open actions, sample status, and supplier deliverables.
? Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, samples, testing feedback, delivery schedules, and required documentation.
? Support dual-source and cost improvement initiatives through supplier communication, progress tracking, and data consolidation.
? Assist global support projects by coordinating information with internal stakeholders and overseas teams when required.
? Perform other procurement, sourcing, and supply chain support tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
? Good written and verbal English communication skills.
? Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
? Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
? Available at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months preferred. 公司简要介绍：
