We are looking for one detail-oriented and motivated Financial Intern to join our team and support Government rebate operations. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare finance, data validation, compliance reporting, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities：
?Processing & Validation: Assist in reviewing and validating quarterly state Medicaid rebate claims against internal utilization data and historical trends.
?Data Management: Utilize Excel and data tools to format, analyze, and maintain datasets.
?Reconciliation & Reporting: Support the team in tracking payment statuses, reconciling rebate cross-references, and ensuring timely filing to meet state regulations.
?Audit Documentation: Assist in organizing files, maintaining clear audit trails, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance purposes.

Qualifications：
?Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. Majors in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, Auditing, or related fields are preferred.
?Able to work on-site at least 3 days per week for 6 months; candidates available 5 days per week are preferred.
?Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
?Writing and reading in English is necessary.
? Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn. 公司简要介绍：
