工作职责：
1.及时分析并解决客户抱怨系统里的客户投诉；
2.组织相关部门一起分析客户反馈问题的根本原因, 并推动内部采取措施避免问题重复发生；
3.定期在相关会议上更新客户投诉问题的进展；
4.协调客户端的现场测试和改造；
5.管理和控制客户质保费用；
6.及时处理返回失效零件：分析，报废或返修。
岗位需求：
1.本科及以上学历，纺织或机械及相关专业优先；
2.有较强的逻辑思维及推理能力；
3.积极主动，具备较强的服务意识和团队协作精神；
