We are seeking a professional with a financial background to focus on the SAP implementation, with an emphasis on optimizing and aligning financial processes within the SAP B1 system. Your primary goal will be to ensure financial controls and reporting capabilities are successfully deployed.

Job Description:
1. SAP B1 local Implementation & Roll out
1.1 Business process analysis: Support BEUMER Group companies in analysing business processes and workflows. Provide guidance on financial processes, business logic, and system functionality to support user adoption.
1.2 Business knowledge transfer: Introduce global accounting and Project controlling concepts. Ensure consistent knowledge transfer across countries and functions.
1.3 System Configuration & Scenario Testing: Improve process logic and develop test cases for key business scenarios.
1.4 Partner with local management, finance teams, and key users to coordinate local rollout activities, including UAT, training, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.

2. Finance Digitalization
2.1 Continuously improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
2.2 Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities to enhance finance operational efficiency.
2.3 Explore and promote AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, analysis, workflow automation, and decision-making.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree. Major in finance, accounting, economics and related fields.
3. Good fluency in written and spoken English.
4. Familiar with SAP operation and Excel.
5. Solid Accounting and Finance Knowledge.
6. Good business acumen and the ability to transfer the needs of the core business function into financial solutions.
7. Good communication skills and cross department cooperation.
