? 负责生产和项目数据的采集、清洗、分析及可视化，为工艺改进和管理决策提供数据支撑
Responsible for collecting, cleansing, analyzing and visualizing production and project data to support process improvement and management decisions.

Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限:
? 数据收集与整理/Data Collection & Cleansing
从生产系统、质量报表、设备日志、项目管理系统等多源渠道，定期收集生产良率、效率、停机时间、报废率、项目进度等关键数据。对原始数据进行清洗、标准化、去重及异常值处理，确保数据准确性和一致性。
Regularly collect key production data (yield, efficiency, downtime, scrap rate) and project progress data from MES, quality reports, equipment logs, and project management systems. Clean, standardize, deduplicate, and handle outliers in raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
? 数据分析与可视化/Data Analysis & Visualization
运用Excel、SQL、Python或Power BI/Tableau等工具，对生产和项目数据进行统计分析，生成日报、周报及月度趋势报告。制作可视化看板（Dashboard），直观呈现关键指标变化，支持管理层快速决策。
Use Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI/Tableau to perform statistical analysis on production and project data; generate daily, weekly, and monthly trend reports. Create visual dashboards to present key metric changes and support management decision-making.
? 专项分析支持/Ad-hoc Analysis Support
协助工程师团队进行特定课题分析（如不良品原因分布、设备故障频率、项目延期影响因素等），提供数据支撑。参与DOE或工艺验证项目的数据处理，输出对比分析图表和初步结论。
Assist engineering teams in specific analysis topics (e.g., defect distribution, equipment failure frequency, project delay drivers) by providing data support. Participate in DOE or process validation projects; perform data processing and deliver comparison charts and preliminary findings.
? 数据流程优化/Data Process Improvement
识别当前数据收集和整理流程中的效率瓶颈，提出自动化或模板化改进建议。建立标准化数据录入规范和检查清单，减少人为误差。
Identify inefficiencies in current data collection and collation processes; propose automated or templated improvements. Establish standardized data entry guidelines and checklists to reduce manual errors.
? 文档与知识管理/Documentation & Knowledge Management
维护数据分析脚本、查询语句和报告模板的版本管理，确保可追溯性。编写数据字典和操作说明，便于团队共享和后续使用。

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识，技能及能力:
? 本科或研究生在读，统计学、数学、计算机科学、信息管理、工业工程、机械/电子工程等相关专业。
Bachelor’s or master’s student majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
? 熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、函数、图表），掌握SQL（能编写多表查询），至少熟悉Python或R中的一种。了解Power BI / Tableau等可视化工具者优先。· 具备基本的数据统计知识（如均值、方差、正态分布、回归分析）者加分。
Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, functions, charts); skilled in SQL (multi-table queries); familiar with at least one of Python or R.· Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus. Basic knowledge of statistics (mean, variance, normal distribution, regression) is a plus.
? 软技能/Soft Skills· 逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，能发现异常趋势并主动提问。· 具备良好的沟通能力，能将数据结论转化为通俗易懂的文字和图表。认真负责，注重细节，有较强的时间管理能力。
Logical thinking and data-sensitive; able to spot abnormal trends and ask proactive questions. Good communication skills to translate data insights into clear text and charts. Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong time management.
? 语言/Language 中文流利，能阅读英文技术文档及编写基础英文报告者优先。
Fluent in Chinese; ability to read English technical documents and write basic English reports is preferred.
? 加分项/Nice-to-have· 有制造业、半导体或电子产品行业实习或项目经验。了解MES、ERP系统的基本逻辑。
