1. 负责日常来访人员的接待、引导等工作，及时通知被访人员
2. 负责接听访客电话，根据需求转接到各部门
3. 负责行政事务运营工作，如办公用品领用、会议支持、工牌制作、快递代发、订水、会议室预定等
4. 协助员工活动、培训及公司年会
5. 负责日常文件的准备、整理和归档
6. 完成上级交办的其他临时性行政相关工作

Requirements:
1、 本科或硕士在读
2、 工作细致严谨，具备高度责任心，能够独立完成工作任务，擅长沟通和协调
3、 具备较强执行力和解决问题的能力
