Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Support the execution of sales and marketing tasks for residential projects in Chinese Mainland.
· Provide comprehensive research and in-depth analysis of the latest market trends and local government policies in Chinese mainland, with focus on Shanghai.
· Participate in feasibility studies and provide input on project positioning, flat mix and size, master layout plan, sales prices, sales programme etc.
· Work closely with Hong Kong team and drive collaboration with relevant Swire internal related parties to ensure successful launch of projects.
· Contribute to post-sales services include property management governance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives & campaigns in line with broader marketing and communication strategies.
· Work closely and effectively with Residential marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaign, including information briefing, reasonable phasing, etc.
· Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices in Chinese Mainland and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand social media presence.
