IT Business Analyst Intern – APAC Edge Systems

Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and fast-learning IT Business Analyst Intern to support the APAC Edge Systems portfolio and regional transformation initiatives.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and project teams to support application operations, business requirements management, product governance activities and ongoing ERP migration programs involving Edge Systems.

The position is ideal for someone who is interested in developing a long-term career in Business Analysis, Product Management, Application Portfolio Management or IT Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting and maintaining business requirements.

Participate in requirement discussions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Support business process analysis and documentation activities.

Coordinate with business users, vendors and IT teams on incidents, enhancement requests and operational issues.

Support ERP migration initiatives involving Edge Systems.

Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and project documentation.

Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and communication materials.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field

· Strong command of English (both written and verbal), able to communicate clearly with stakeholders

· Quick learner with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Good interpersonal skills with a flexible and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

· Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and methodologies.

· Familiarity with business analysis practices (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping)

· Exposure to tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

· Previous internship or project experience in IT or business analysis is a plus
