Job Description:

1.Act as the project leader for AI and automation initiatives across Service, Sales, Product Management, IT, and Global teams, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

2.Support the development and deployment of automation and AI-enabled service solutions, including service package design, business workflow development, solution documentation, and commercialization materials.
支持自动化及AI赋能服务解决方案的开发与部署，包括服务产品包设计、业务流程开发、解决方案文档编制及商业化推广材料准备。

3.Analyze installed base, service operations, and customer data to identify automation opportunities and support the development of AI-driven insights and digital solutions.
分析设备装机数据、服务运营数据及客户数据，挖掘自动化应用机会，并支持AI驱动洞察及数字化解决方案的开发。

4.Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of AI applications aimed at improving service productivity, enhancing business intelligence, and delivering customer-facing reporting solutions.

Requirements:
职位需求：

1.Master’s degree in Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
自动化、人工智能、数据科学、生物医学工程、工业工程、生物技术或相关专业硕士学历。

2.Demonstrated interest in automation technologies, AI applications, digital transformation, and project management.
对自动化技术、人工智能应用、数字化转型及项目管理具有浓厚兴趣。

3.Excellent project coordination and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
具备优秀的项目协调及沟通能力，能够在跨职能及全球化团队环境中高效开展工作。

4.Self-motivated, fast learner, and willing to take ownership of project management.
具备较强的自驱力和快速学习能力，愿意承担项目管理职责并推动项目落地。

5.Experience in project management, data analysis, digital tools, AI applications, or automation-related projects is a plus.
