Job Description:

1. Downstream Process Development
下游工艺开发
-Support downstream process development activities for customer projects, including chromatography, filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF), and process optimization.
支持客户项目的下游工艺开发工作，包括层析、过滤、超滤/洗滤及工艺优化。
-Execute laboratory experiments according to established protocols and accurately analyze, document, and present experimental results.
按照既定实验方案开展实验操作，并准确完成实验结果分析、记录及汇报。
-Assist in process characterization, technology transfer, and scale-up activities under the guidance of senior scientists.
在资深科学家的指导下，协助开展工艺表征、技术转移及工艺放大相关工作。

2. GMP Manufacturing Project Support
GMP生产项目支持
-Participate in Fast Trak GMP manufacturing projects and contribute to project execution for biologics, exosomes, plasmid DNA, viral vectors, mRNA, and emerging therapeutic modalities.
参与Fast Trak GMP生产项目，支持生物药、外泌体、质粒DNA、病毒载体、mRNA及新兴疗法领域项目的执行。
-Support the preparation of technical reports, project summaries, and customer presentations.
支持技术报告、项目总结及客户演示材料的准备工作。
-Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
与客户及内部团队紧密合作，确保项目高质量交付。

3. Technical Training for Customers
客户技术培训
-Support the implementation of standard and customized technical training programs for customers.
支持标准化及定制化客户技术培训项目的实施。

Requirements:
职位需求：

1.Master's degree or above in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or other related life science disciplines.
生物技术、生物化学工程、生物工艺工程、化学工程、制药工程、分子生物学、生物化学或其他相关生命科学专业硕士及以上学历。

2.Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
具备生物制药生产工艺流程的基础知识。

3.Familiarity with downstream purification principles, including chromatography, filtration, UF/DF, and process development concepts.
熟悉下游纯化工艺原理，包括层析、过滤、超滤/洗滤及工艺开发相关概念。

4.Hands-on laboratory experience gained through research projects, internships, or academic studies is preferred.
具有通过科研项目、实习或学术研究获得的实验室实践经验者优先。

5.Strong scientific mindset and data analysis capabilities.

6.Ability to interpret experimental results and troubleshoot technical issues.
