工作职责:
1.负责光模块制造产线的自动化方案设计与开发，提升关键工序的自动化率。
2.参与自动化设备的选型、导入与调试，完成设备验收及操作培训。
3.编写PLC控制程序或上位机软件，实现设备运动控制与数据采集功能。
4.分析自动化设备运行数据，优化设备效率，降低故障率与维护成本。
5.跟踪行业智能制造技术动态，引入机器视觉、机器人等先进制造技术。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，光电信息科学与工程、光学工程、光电子技术科学、电子信息工程、电子科学与技术、自动化、机械设计制造及自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。
2.通过英语四级（CET-4），能够阅读英文自动化设备手册和编程文档。
3.良好的团队合作意识，具备跨部门沟通潜力，能与工艺、IT、制造等团队紧密配合。
4.优秀的技术钻研能力，在自动化设备调试与故障攻关中保持韧性。
