About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial processes, and business support within a multinational manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
工作职责
? Assist the Finance team with daily accounting and financial operations. 协助财务团队完成日常财务及会计相关工作。
? Support accounts receivable activities, including customer payment tracking and data maintenance. 协助应收账款管理，包括客户收款跟踪及相关数据维护。
? Assist in preparing invoices, financial reports, and supporting documents. 协助整理发票、财务报表及相关支持文件。
? Support employee expense reimbursement review and document verification. 协助员工报销单据的审核及资料整理。
? Assist in monthly closing activities and financial data reconciliation. 协助月结工作及相关财务数据核对。
? Organize and archive financial documents and records. 整理和归档财务文件及会计资料。
? Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other departments to support finance-related processes. 与销售、供应链、生产等部门协作，支持财务相关流程。
? Participate in finance improvement projects and other assignments as required. 参与财务改善项目及团队安排的其他工作。

Qualifications
任职要求
? Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. 本科或硕士在读，财务、会计、经济学等相关专业优先。
? Available to work at least 16 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. 每周可实习16小时及以上，连续实习不少于3个月。
? Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其是Excel。
? Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 工作认真细致，责任心强，学习能力强。
? Good communication and teamwork skills. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
? Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred. 具备基础英语读写能力者优先。
