Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Assist Business Development Manager/Assistant Director in the acquisition and development of land and property for investment or trade
· Assist in preparing development and investment appraisal
· Assist in conducting market research in relevant segments of the property market
· Assist in preparing documentation and progress reports
· Assist in conducting feasibilities studies of potential development projects
· Assist in investment management for existing projects
· Liaise with stakeholders of works as above such as partners, government departments and property agencies
