The Momentive Technology Management Trainee Program is designed for early-career scientists who are interested in building a career in silicone technology and innovation.

Participants will work on a range of assignments across business R&D and Process Technology. The program provides broad exposure to silicone materials and applications, helping participants develop both technical expertise and a practical understanding of how technologies are developed and brought to market.



Responsibilities :

Technology Management Trainee program is:

A two-year program consisting of 2-3 cross-function rotational assignments within Technology.
Program participants strengthen their technical knowledge, project management and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of on-job training, classroom training, online training symposiums.
Providing opportunities for technical exchange and learning with other Momentive global R&D sites, including short-term visits or collaborative projects where appropriate.
Targeted to be Technology scientist after graduation from trainee program with efficient technical skills as well as solid soft skills like communication, presentation etc. to be the pipeline for future leaders positions.


Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong research background and experimental skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
