岗位职责:
Job Title: 实习生（学生职业发展事务）Intern (Student Career Development)
Department: 未来技术学院办公室 College of Future Technology Office (CFTO), HKUST (GZ)

Duties:
1. University-Enterprise Cooperation: Assisting in updating promotional materials, maintaining records of communications with industry partners, and supporting project follow-ups.
2. Event Support: Support the preparation and on-site execution of career seminars, company information sessions, career fairs, and corporate visits, and assist in collecting student feedback.
3. Information Update: Effectively collect and publish career development information tailored to RBM students, and maintain and update the Career Development System.
4. Administrative Support: Draft meeting minutes, organise and archive
documents, update the work ledger, maintain the official email account, WeChat
group and DingTalk groups, and prepare activity reimbursement materials for
submission.
5. Other Duties: Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors and provide general
administrative support to the college as needed.

工作职责：
1.校企合作：协助更新宣传资料，维护校企沟通记录及协助项目跟进。
2.活动支持：协助职业讲座、企业宣讲会、招聘会、企业参访等活动的筹备、现场执行及学生反馈收集与分析。
3.信息更新：有效收集并发布各类适合红鸟硕士项目学生的职业发展资讯。负责职业发展系统更新及维护。
4.行政事务：撰写会议纪要、整理归档文件；更新维护工作台账；日常维护官方邮箱、微信群、钉钉群；负责活动报销材料提交。
5.其他工作：完成上级主管安排的工作任务，为学院内部日常行政事务提供必要支持。

任职资格:
Qualifications of Candidates:
1. Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program—all
majors welcome. Prior experience in event planning or student affairs is a plus.
2. Available to work on-site 5days per week,for at least 6months.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); excellent
written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Genuine interest in higher education, strong sense of responsibility and keen
attention to detail. An adaptable, collaborative team player who can handle
multiple tasks simultaneously.

1.本科及以上在校生，专业不限，有活动组织策划、学生工作等相关经验者优先。
2.每周到岗5天，实习期至少6个月。
3.熟练操作Microsoft系列办公软件，具备优秀的中英双语写作和口语能力。

The campus covers an area of about 1,669 mu (111.3 hectares) and is divided into two construction phases. The *** phase covers an area of about 716 mu (47.7 hectares) with a floorage of about 636,000 square meters (63.6 hectares), which will be officially put into use in September 2022.
