主要任务Main Responsibilities:

1. 关键客户管理 Key Account Management:
1）Assist the manager in overseeing IN2LOG's strategic key accounts in Eastern China.
2）Participate in client communications to understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Operations, and Projects.
3）Assist in preparing for and following up on monthly and quarterly management meetings to identify improvement opportunities and track corrective actions.
4）Analyze service performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs).
5）Based on client needs, participate in drafting and implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their effective on-site application.

2. 项目管理 Project Management:
1）Assist in managing strategic logistics projects from initiation through go-live.
2）Support project planning and coordination with different teams, including Warehouse, Customer Service, IT, and Transportation.
3）Participate in follow-up meetings with clients and internal teams.
4）Support internal projects related to warehouse automation, IT development, and process optimization.
5）Research and benchmark innovative logistics solutions and propose improvement recommendations for IN2LOG warehouses.

岗位要求Job Requirement:
1. Current student in logistics, supply chain, project management, or a related field (2027年毕业生)
2. Strong data analysis skills, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or equivalent software).
5. Logistics-related experience is preferred.
