【工作内容】
1、深入一线轮岗学习，熟悉注塑核心工艺，协助优化制造流程与质量控制。
2、协助监督生产现场工艺执行情况，以保证现场生产时贯彻工艺文件、质量标准。
3、根据工艺主管的安排，分析客户处的质量问题和内部稽核，并制定改进措施，及执行。
4、根据流程规定，图纸数据和实际情况，执行各类技术文件，分析技术文件中需要持续改进之处，保证文件的及时性、有效性、合理性。
5、根据要求，参与新产品和新项目工作，完成项目中工艺问题的熟悉和解决。
6、负责跨部门技术对接工作，协调工艺、生产及供应链资源，确保项目节点按时交付。
7、完成领导安排的其他工作事项。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程、材料成型或相关专业应届毕业生；
2、扎实掌握制图基础，熟练使用 SolidWorks、CATIA 或 AutoCAD 等设计软件；
3、具备较强的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力，对制造工艺有浓厚兴趣；
4、拥有良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，能适应车间现场工作；
5、学习能力强，抗压能力佳，愿意在技术管理方向长期发展，接受公司轮岗培养机制。 公司简要介绍：
