一、岗位定位
管理培训生是公司选拔和培养未来中坚管理人员的人才计划。入选者将用 1–2 年时间完成跨部门轮岗，熟悉并掌握农场各部门的运作规范；轮岗结束后，公司结合业务需要、个人兴趣与岗位设置确定其长期岗位，工作职责随新岗位调整。汇报对象：农场经理/副总监

二、岗位职责
生产试验：协助跟进试验，完成数据整理、分析与总结。
轮岗学习：熟悉并掌握农场各部门运作规范。
生产管理：协助农场经理完成各项生产相关工作，参与生产计划的部署与实施。
采收支持：采收期间协助采收经理完成采收工作（关键考核期，须全程参与）。
安全管理：协助安全经理开展安全培训与检查，确保全员遵守 HSE 与 GGAP 规范。
人才带教：按需参与新员工培训。
完成直线经理交办的其他工作。

三、任职要求
硬性条件：农学相关专业，本科及以上学历，英语流利。
专业能力：具备农业专业基础知识，熟悉常见办公软件，擅长撰写报告。
学习能力：学习能力强，能持续更新岗位知识并灵活运用于工作，能快速适应变化。
综合素质：沟通、人际与逻辑分析能力良好；诚实守信、踏实稳重、勤奋执着、执行力强。

四、轮岗范围
轮岗考核通过后，须掌握以下四大板块：
灌溉 · IPM（综合病虫害管理） · 农事（农艺与田间管理） · 维护（设施与设备） → 定岗

五、考核标准
轮岗考核：通过灌溉 / IPM / 农事 / 维护四项考核。
转地报告：每周按时提交，及时跟踪并闭环问题；转地时间每日不低于 4 小时。
月度总结：每月完成学习总结。
交付纪律：各类报告按要求及时提交，不拖延、不遗漏。 公司简要介绍：
