岗位职责：
1、负责公司企业文化相关视频内容的策划、拍摄与后期剪辑制作，包括文化活动回顾片、员工故事短片、年会及颁奖盛典视频、现场实况记录等；
2、深度参与公司大型文化活动（年度大会、颁奖盛典、节日活动等）的策划筹备与现场落地执行，协助活动统筹与全流程协作；
3、协助企业文化传播中的平面设计工作，能够独立完成活动海报、宣传物料、新媒体配图等视觉产出；
4、 协助企业文化日常传播内容的创意策划与制作，参与内部新媒体平台的内容运营；
5、 配合团队完成其他相关项目的落地支持工作。

岗位职责：
1 、本科及以上学历在校生（大三在校生），影视、动画、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先；
2、视频剪辑为核心能力要求：熟练使用PR、AE、剪映等专业剪辑软件，能独立完成视频的剪辑、调色、字幕、配乐及特效包装，有成熟作品产出；
3、具备扎实的平面设计能力：熟练使用 Photoshop / Illustrator 等设计软件，能独立完成海报、长图、宣传物料等设计产出，有个人作品集；
4 、审美在线，对视觉表达有敏锐感知，具备良好的创意策划与视觉叙事能力；
5、责任心强，沟通协作能力好，能适应活动期间的高强度协作节奏。
加分项：
1、 有企业或校园文化活动的视频制作经验，熟悉从策划到成片的全流程；
2 、熟悉 After Effects 等动效软件，能制作动态视觉及包装内容；
3 、有短视频运营经验，熟悉视频号、抖音等平台的内容玩法与传播逻辑；
