Responsibilities
- Base in Nanjing.
- Design analog circuits and digital algorithms for high speed ICs.
- Create behavioral models for complex circuits.
- Optimize circuits or system architecture to meet design specifications.
- Verify system level performance and functionality of high speed ICs.
- Validate silicon performance with test instruments and correlate results with models.

Qualifications
- MS in EE/CS/Math/Physics (no prior industry experience necessary).
- Experience with digital logic, clocking, and state elements.
- Experience with analog circuit analysis.
- Familiarity with feedback control theory, signal processing, and statistical analysis.
- Some experience with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB.
- Experience with hardware description languages such as Verilog-AMS or Verilog is a plus.
- Experience with digital or analog mixed signal design and verification is a plus. 公司简要介绍：
