The main activities would include:
- Maintaining and updating QA databases and records, including technical sheets, test reports, DoCs, country information, laboratories and standards.
- Reviewing and cross-checking technical documentation and product information for completeness and consistency.
- Supporting product and packaging documentation, including artwork, product specifications, markings and related ERP/PIM information.
- Supporting sample inventory, identification/labelling and CBX records.
- Assisting the QA team with product inspections and following up on related documentation and actions.
- Maintaining laboratory/equipment information and supporting SOP and calibration documentation where needed.
- Following up with the QA team and relevant stakeholders on missing information and assigned actions.

Responsibilities:
- University student or recent graduate status.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel.
- Preferably a technical or engineering background, given the amount of technical product documentation involved.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Comfort working with structured data.
