在Qnity，我们的 Early Career LEAP 轮岗项目旨在通过涵盖制造、工程、数字化、卓越运营和供应链等领域的丰富实践，培养新一代领导者。项目参与者将在职业发展过程中获得广泛的业务认知、专业职能经验、领导力培养以及导师辅导，从而为在Qnity实现长期职业发展奠定坚实基础。
该岗位的首 个轮岗机会对应深圳宝安（Shenzhen Baoan）的多职能领导力轮岗（Multi-Disciplinary Leadership Rotation）方向。项目参与者将在结构化的LEAP培养体系中，参与与岗位相关的项目、数据驱动的问题解决、运营改善以及跨职能业务重点工作的推进。

项目结构（Program Structure）
Early Career LEAP轮岗项目包含至少3个轮岗阶段，每个阶段约为18个月，为参与者提供跨多个职能、业务领域及工作地点的广泛实践机会。

主要职责（Key Responsibilities）
-在每个轮岗阶段内完成既定项目及运营目标。
-分析数据，识别改善机会，并推动可持续业务改进措施的实施。
-与制造、工程、供应链、质量、商务及数字化等职能团队开展跨部门合作。
-通过不同轮岗岗位培养专业职能知识、商业敏锐度以及领导能力。
-向轮岗负责人及项目负责人汇报工作成果、风险、建议以及个人发展进展情况。

最低任职资格（Minimum Qualifications）
-分析化学、生物化学、生物工程、化学工程、化学、计算机科学/工程、数据分析、电气工程、电化学、环境科学、工业工程、市场营销、财务、材料科学、机械工程、高分子化学、职业健康与安全、采购、供应链或其他相关专业本科或硕士学历（在读或已获得学位）。
-GPA达到4.0满分体系下的3.0及以上。
-至少拥有6个月与岗位相关的带薪实习（Internship）、合作教育项目（Co-op）或同等工作经验。
-具备在中国合法工作的资格，当前及未来均无需公司提供工作签证或工作许可支持。

项目要求（Program Expectations）
-具备100%的地域灵活性，以支持项目批准范围内各工作地点的发展机会。
-愿意根据业务和个人发展需要，在中国境内或法律允许的其他项目地点进行工作地点调整。
-承诺完成结构化的 Early Career LEAP 轮岗项目，该项目包含至少3个轮岗阶段，每个阶段约18个月。
-能够在跨职能业务环境中高效工作，并与运营、制造、工程、供应链、商务及数字化团队的利益相关方开展合作。
-能够分析数据、识别机会、运用数字化工具，并推动可持续业务改进。

优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）
-通过学术、工作或课外活动展现领导力经验。
-具备较强的主动性、适应能力、学习敏捷性、批判性思维及问题解决能力。
-具备数据分析、商业智能、数字化工具或相关技术系统使用经验。
-熟悉持续改善方法论及数据驱动决策理念。
-持有六西格玛绿带（Six Sigma Green Belt）认证，或愿意在项目期间取得相关认证。
-具备优秀的分析能力、沟通能力、利益相关方管理能力以及项目管理能力。

初始轮岗岗位说明（Initial Assignment Note）
本次招聘计划中，深圳宝安（Shenzhen Baoan）设有1个LEAP岗位，首 个轮岗岗位方向为多职能领导力轮岗（Multi-Disciplinary Leadership Rotation）。后续轮岗安排将根据项目参与者的发展需求、项目批准的轮岗机会以及业务需要进行确定。

Job Description
At Qnity, our Early Career LEAP Rotational Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through meaningful experiences across manufacturing, engineering, digital, operational excellence and supply chain. Participants gain broad business exposure, functional expertise, leadership development and mentorship while building a strong foundation for long-term career success at Qnity.
The initial opportunity is aligned to Multi-Disciplinary Leadership Rotation at Shenzhen Baoan. The participant will contribute to role-specific projects, data-driven problem solving, operational improvement and cross-functional business priorities while progressing through the structured LEAP development journey.

Program Structure
This Early Career LEAP Rotational Program consists of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration, providing broad exposure across multiple functions, businesses and locations.

Key Responsibilities
-Deliver defined project and operational objectives within each rotational assignment.
-Analyze data, identify opportunities and implement sustainable business improvements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, commercial and digital functions.
-Build functional expertise, business acumen and leadership capability through varied assignments.
-Communicate results, risks, recommendations and development progress to assignment and program leaders.

Minimum Qualifications
-Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one or more of the listed disciplines: Analytical Chemistry;#Biochemistry;#Bioengineering;#Chemical Engineering;#Chemistry;#Computer Science/Engineering;#Data Analytics;#Electrical Engineering;#Electrochemistry;#Environmental Science;#Industrial Engineering;#Marketing;#Finance;#Material Sciences;#Mechanical Engineering;#Polymer Chemistry;#Occupational Health/Safety;#Procurement;#Supply Chain;#Other
-Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
-Minimum of six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in a field relevant to the role.
-Legal right to work in China without current or future need for company-sponsored work authorization.

Program Expectations
-100% geographic flexibility to support developmental opportunities across approved program locations.
-Willingness to relocate within China, or to another approved program location where legally permissible, as business and development needs require.
-Commitment to completing a structured Early Career LEAP Rotational Program consisting of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration.
-Ability to work effectively in cross-functional business environments while partnering with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, commercial and digital teams.
-Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, leverage digital tools and drive sustainable business improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
-Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
-Strong initiative, adaptability, learning agility, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Experience using data analytics, business intelligence, digital tools or relevant technical systems.
-Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision making.
-Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to obtain certification during the program.
-Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Initial Assignment Note
The forecast identifies 1 LEAP position(s) associated with Shenzhen Baoan, with the initial role focus of Multi-Disciplinary Leadership Rotation. Subsequent assignments will be determined according to participant development needs, approved program opportunities and business requirements.
