Responsible for the post-sales order/program management in Fictiv China:
负责Fictiv中国区的订单/项目管理：

· Coordinate with the costing & DFM or sales team for handing over the orders/programs requirement from the pre-sales quoting phase.
· 与成本核算&DFM或销售团队协调，从报价阶段接手订单/项目需求。

· Work with the customer program manager to kick off the order/program and schedule the orders/programs to our manufacturing partner..
· 与客户项目经理合作启动订单/项目，并将订单/项目排产给我们的制造合作伙伴。

· Manage the orders/programs from kickoff till delivery, included below but not limited to:
· 管理从启动到交付的订单/项目，包括但不限于：

(1) Manage the order/program planning with regularly tracking with partners for the progress, ensure the orders/programs are on time and on quality to be shipped out.
（1）管理订单/项目计划，定期跟踪制造合作伙伴的进度，确保订单/项目按时按质量发货。

(2) Understand the customer technical/quality requirement, leverage your owned or team’s skill to troubleshoot the problem during production, include technical, quality, planning etc., provide the expertise guidelines to the team and manufacturing partner.
（2）理解客户的技术/质量要求，利用个人或团队技能解决生产过程中的问题（包括技术、质量、计划等），为团队和制造合作伙伴提供专家指导。

(3) Bridge between global and multifunctional teams (Fictiv team in US, China, India, Mexico and manufacturing partners in China) for assigned orders/programs, ensure the requirements/problems/program status etc.are clearly communicated internally and externally.
（3）作为全球及跨功能团队（Fictiv美国、中国、印度、墨西哥团队以及中国制造合作伙伴）之间的桥梁，确保所分配订单/项目的需求/问题/项目状态等在内部和外部得到清晰沟通。

(4) Follow the procedure to properly manage the change internally and externally.
（4）遵循流程妥善管理内部和外部的变更。

(5) Coordinate the Fictiv China team for on time and on quality shipment for your assigned orders/programs.
（5）协调Fictiv中国团队，确保您负责的订单/项目按时按质量发货。

(6) Provide the support to the customer facing and quality team for handling the customer complaint.
