Job Responsibilities:

Overseas pre-sales technical support: Assist with pre-sales technical support for overseas customers, responsible for requirements collection and organization, preliminary matching of product solution materials, preparation of technical parameter comparison tables, and drafting of preliminary application proposals (for protein purification instruments / ultrafiltration product lines).

Technical material localization into English: Chinese-to-English translation and localized writing of product manuals, application proposals, technical FAQs, and technical email templates; preliminary maintenance of technical content for the overseas official website.

Customer inquiry response: Handle English-language inquiries from overseas customers via email / WhatsApp / WeChat — respond directly to basic questions, and categorize and escalate technical questions to the technical team or supervising mentor.

Knowledge base development: Organize and archive case libraries, technical parameter tables, and comparative test data; write standardized documents such as technical FAQs and initial installation guides to lay the foundation for after-sales and overseas customer service SOPs.

Trade show and demo support: Prepare technical materials for overseas trade shows (Analytica Russia, ARAB LAB, etc.), assist with product demonstrations, and record and follow up on on-site customer technical questions.


Requirements:

Required (any one of the following): Bioengineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering / Biotechnology / Biochemistry and Molecular Biology / Chemical Engineering and Technology / Pharmacy / Food Science and Engineering / Biomedical Engineering.
Bonus: Analytical Chemistry / Instrument Science and Technology / Automation / Bioinformatics.

Understand at least two of the three major principles of protein purification / chromatography / ultrafiltration (chromatography: ion exchange, affinity, hydrophobic interaction, gel filtration, etc.; ultrafiltration: tangential flow filtration (TFF) / hollow fiber / flat sheet membrane, etc.);
Master the basic concepts of buffer preparation, yield calculation, and process scale-up;
Bonus: Coursework in Bioseparation Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Process, Protein Chemistry, Biochemical Separation Technology, etc.

Laboratory internship experience, able to proficiently read SOPs and retell experimental procedures; English literature reading ability, able to search for and summarize the core conclusions of 3-5 English papers around a process-related question;
Bonus: Participation in the National University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program / biology competitions / Challenge Cup, or SCI / core journal publications.

English Proficiency

Able to respond to emails in English in a proper and professional manner, and communicate independently with overseas customers in both written and spoken English;
Able to write basic technical documents in English (application proposals, comparison tables, technical FAQs).

Tools and Software

Proficient in Excel (parameter tables, experimental data organization); able to produce technical presentation layouts in PPT;
Bonus: Familiar with Origin / GraphPad Prism / Python (R / MATLAB) for data processing; familiar with EndNote / Zotero for reference management.

Professional communication habits: Able to clearly explain process principles and explain to customers without overloading them with jargon; patient and detail-oriented: zero errors in technical materials; curiosity and a spirit of verification: research the literature before asking questions when something is unclear, and avoid relaying questions without understanding them. 公司简要介绍：
