负责将公司的产品解决方案推广给客户，并与客户的研发人员沟通产品的结构、性能、应用等技术要求。
负责跟进新项目验证进度，制定项目计划，保障项目顺利进入量产。
协调内部资源，解决客户反馈的技术、交付、品质等问题；定期拜访客户，并与客户进行商务谈判。

What You Will Learn and Experience as a Sales Engineer

1.Analyze market trends, customer product development directions, and demand trends, as well as competitors' product strengths and weaknesses, to develop customer business strategies and drive profitable business growth.

2.Promote the company's product solutions to customers and communicate with customers' R&D teams regarding product structure, performance, applications, and other technical requirements.

3.Follow up on new project validation progress, develop project plans, and ensure projects move smoothly into mass production.

4.Coordinate internal resources to resolve technical, delivery, and quality issues raised by customers; conduct regular customer visits and participate in business negotiations.

Who You Are

1.Bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, marketing, or a related field.

2.Outgoing, communicative, proactive, eager to learn, willing to share, and skilled at influencing and motivating others.
