Job Responsibilities:
-To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you come into contact with during internship.
-To support teachers with curriculum planning and delivery, share ideas, and help prepare and organize learning resources and equipment as requested. Assist to keep the classroom and learning materials tidy.
-To help build positive, respectful relationships with teachers, school staff, pupils and parents under teacher’s guidance.
-To assist in creating an attractive learning environment, including designing and setting up displays of children’s work.
-To support learning activities with individual children, small groups or the whole class under teacher supervision.
-To assist teachers to observe pupils and help record learning progress following school requirements.
-To support caring for unwell children together with teaching staff.
-To assist with supervision during lunch break, playtime or after-school care when arranged.
-To provide support for school extra-curricular activities assigned by teachers or the Principal.
-To complete other relevant internship tasks arranged by the line manager.

Requirements:
-Education major / Early Childhood Education / Primary Education or related majors preferred.
-Passion for working with children; relevant volunteer, practicum or tutoring experience with children is a plus; international / bilingual school experience is favourable.
-Basic good English communication skills, able to communicate with expatriate teachers with support.
-Willing to learn and obtain a *****-aid certificate (school can provide relevant guidance).
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is preferred.
-Positive working attitude, proactive and willing to take on tasks.
-Energetic, creative, patient and passionate about children.
-Open-minded to new challenges, able to follow instructions and meet arranged timelines.
-High integrity, responsible and reliable.
