岗位职责

协助负责日化零售线下直营专柜门店销售数据的采集、清洗与整理，确保数据准确、完整。

运用Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、SUMIFS/COUNTIFS、IF函数等）编制销售日报/周报/月报，输出销量、销售额、动销率等核心指标。

在带教指导下，从渠道、区域、SKU等多维度分析销售趋势，识别畅销/滞销产品，输出基础数据洞察。

协助评估促销活动效果，计算ROI，为业务决策提供数据支持。

根据销售数据及库存情况，执行日常销售补货下单操作，跟进订单执行与到货进度。

跟踪专柜库存水平，参与库存管理与动销监控，协助控制周转与缺货风险。

对接销售、市场、供应链等部门，响应日常数据需求。

任职要求
本科及以上在校生，统计学、数学、信息管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。

有销售运营、数据分析相关实习经历、课程项目或校园实践经历优先；有日化/快消/美妆行业相关经历者加分。

Excel能力突出：熟练使用数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、SUMIFS/COUNTIFS、IF函数等，能独立完成常规数据清洗、报表制作及可视化图表；有较大数据量处理经验优先。

具备较强数据敏感度，能从数据中发现问题并输出业务建议。

细致严谨，逻辑清晰，善于跨部门沟通。

每周可到岗5天、连续实习3个月以上者优先。 公司简要介绍：
