Key Responsibilities:

1. Support business development and market expansion in target industries and markets.
2. Collect and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor information.
3. Help identify business opportunities and potential customers.
4. Work with Sales and Application Engineering teams on customer projects.
5. Participate in customer visits and relationship management.
6. Support the preparation and communication of product, application, and market information.
7. Collaborate with local and global teams on cross-functional projects.
8. Complete learning and development activities within the trainee program.

What We Look For:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2027, in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in markets, customers, and industrial business.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
6. Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible.
7. Willing to take on challenges and work as part of a team.
8. Willing to travel as required.
