Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct tribology experiments and testing to evaluate product performance.
2. Support the design, setup, and optimization of testing equipment and experimental platforms.
3. Support tribology research projects and technical studies.
4. Conduct material, surface, and component analysis.
5. Develop and optimize test methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Provide testing and technical support for product development projects.
7. Support Marketing, Sales, and Quality teams in solving customer application issues.
8. Participate in joint projects with universities and research institutes to explore emerging technologies.

What We Look For:

1. Master’s degree or above, graduating in 2027, in Tribology, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in technical research and experimental work.
3. Good analytical skills and a strong interest in experimental research.
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
6. Experience in data analysis, programming, or simulation is a plus.
7. Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to work.
8. Eager to learn and explore innovative solutions.
