Key Responsibilities:

1. Join the Finance Trainee Program and gain exposure to different finance functions.
2. Learn and support accounting, financial analysis, management reporting, controlling, and finance operations.
3. Support the collection, analysis, and visualization of financial and business data.
4. Learn and apply data analytics tools to support finance activities.
5. Participate in digitalization, automation, and process improvement projects.
6. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
7. Work with Finance and business teams to understand business operations and processes.
8. Build professional and digital skills through projects, training, and job rotations.

What We Look For:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating in 2027, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in financial analysis, business data, and operations.
3. Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
4. Proficient in Excel with basic data processing skills.
5. Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
6. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
8. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different roles and responsibilities.
