Education

1. 2027 fresh graduate with a major in logistics, international trade, and Economics or related majors.

Main Responsibility

Responsible for daily data consolidation and shipment follow-up.

1. Review and archive purchased orders into the specific group folder.

2. Consolidate shipment backlog lists and allocation report from
forwarder at different ports, support process visualization and information alignment.

3. Track pre-shipment inspection completion time and verify on-time compliance to support delivery performance monitoring.

4. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Professional Skills
1. Office: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas), Word, PowerPoint.

2. Language: English (Good reading & writing, business email & documents comprehension).

3. Strengths: Detail-minded, good communication, strong execution.

4. Attentive to the task deadlines and figures sensitive.
