Position Overview 岗位概述

We are looking for a proactive Business Development specialist responsible for sales and market expansion of intelligent warehouse & intralogistics automation solutions, including AGV/AMR, palletizing robot, wrapping machine and turnkey warehouse projects. Focus on domestic manufacturing clients and European & German overseas market development.
负责仓储物流自动化设备（AGV、码垛机器人、缠膜设备、智能仓储整线）市场开拓与销售，主攻国内制造业及德国、欧洲海外市场。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Develop new end-customers, system integrators and overseas distributors.
开发终端客户、自动化集成商及海外渠道代理商。
2. Conduct technical communication, solution quoting, business negotiation and project closing.
负责需求对接、方案报价、商务谈判、订单落地。
3. Track industry trends, follow project progress and maintain long-term client relationships.
跟进行业动态、项目进度，维护客户长期合作关系。
4. Support overseas exhibition, client visiting and cross-border business development.
支持海外展会、外商接待及海外市场拓展。

Requirements 任职要求

1. Bachelor degree, 1–3 years experience in warehouse automation / logistics robot / industrial equipment sales & BD.
本科及以上，1-3年仓储自动化、物流机器人、工业设备商务拓展经验。
2. Familiar with intralogistics equipment and smart warehouse solutions.
了解智能仓储、物流自动化整线方案。
3. Fluent English, capable of independent overseas customer communication.
英文流利，可独立对接海外客户。
4. Result-oriented, good at negotiation, market insight and channel development.
目标感强，具备优秀商务谈判及渠道开拓能力。
