主要职责
1.负责新型执行器开发。
Responsible for new actuator top assembly development. Lead gear train design and benchmarking

2.与硬件、软件及电机团队协作，确保执行器开发目标达成。
Collaborate with hardware, software and motor team to ensure compliance with actuator development objectives.

3.与项目团队协作，满足所有技术、时间节点、产品性能、成本及商务标准。
Collaborate with project team to meet all technical, timing, product performance, cost and commercial criteria.

4.与零部件模具供应商及内部工艺工程师协作，执行DFM/A（可制造性/可装配性设计）的验证、改进与批准工作。
Collaborate with component tooling suppliers and internal process engineers to perform actions of DFM/A (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) qualification, improvement and approval.

5.熟悉并掌握竞争对手产品的技术特点。
Familiar with and able to inform about the technical aspects of competitor products.

6.通过JE PLM系统创建、发布并管理机械设计图纸、BOM（物料清单）及EOL（生命周期结束）、产品规格等技术文件。
Create, release and manage mechanical design drawings, BOM and technical documents for EOL (End of Life), Product SPEC via JE PLM system.

7.主导产品整体机械零部件及材料选型的设计可行性研究与方案执行。
Lead in design feasibility study and design execution on overall product mechanical components and material choices.

8.负责公差分析、DFMEA的创建与管理，用于风险评估及后备方案开发。
Responsible for tolerance stack-up analysis, DFMEA creation and management for risk evaluation and development of backup solutions. Work with team and coordinate the DFMEA.Support the failure analysis that relative to the gear failure

9.负责测试计划制定与产品评估，并基于结果解读/经验教训指导后续产品修改/迭代，主导最终设计结论。
Responsible for test plan and product evaluation, and guide subsequent product modification/iteration based on results interpretation/learning; lead final design conclusion.

10.支持质量投诉处理。
Support quality complaint handling.

任职资格 / Qualification
1.机械工程专业 工程力学或相关专业本科及以上学历。在校系统学习齿轮知识，熟悉塑料材质
Bachelor degree or above in engineering mechanics or related field.

2.应届生考虑，不限工作经验，懂机械设计，新产品开发，有塑料或金属齿轮经验佳，3+ years of working experience in plastic train and metal gear train, or talented new graduate (Master/PhD) students.With prior experience in gear design and analysis will be given preference.

3.具备汽车行业执行器完整设计开发经验。
Completed actuator development experience in automotive industry.

4.熟练使用CAD软件，如Solid Edge、UG（NX）等。3D/2D GD&T
Good knowledge in CAD with Solid Edge, UG (NX), etc.3D/2D, GD&T, failure analysis etc

5.熟悉机械零部件设计，包括原材料、FMEA、3D/2D图纸、GD&T（几何尺寸与公差）、失效分析、FEA（有限元分析）报告等。
Familiar with mechanical component design of raw materials, FMEA, 3D/2D drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), failure analysis, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) reports, etc.

6.英语流利,能用技术英语沟通，良好的沟通能力。
Fluent language skill in English. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of technical communication in English 公司简要介绍：
