Responsibilities
? Design and Development:
- Develop tools to optimize linear equalizer for high-speed Ethernet/PCIe active cable application
- Create and develop evaluation boards that allow customers to evaluate high-speed SERDES products.
- Develop the system level test plan for high-speed Ethernet/PCIe active cables
? Validation and Testing:
- Validating new devices on the bench to ensure device meets specifications for the application(s).
- Test and validate reference design product for customers
Qualifications
? Knowledge on high-speed linear re-driver, CTLE
? Knowledge on 100G/200G Ethernet (IEEE 802.3ck and 802.3dj), USB4 and PCIe specifications
? Experience with RF/high-speed lab instruments (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.)
? Ability to use tools, like Matlab, Python, etc.
? Experience in PCB layout/schematic design
? MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, physics or related field 公司简要介绍：
