Duties and responsibilities:
任务和职责：
1. 项目协调与执行 / Project Coordination & Execution
a) 协助搭建、更新和维护Power BI报表，参与至少一个Power BI报表的实施，完成从需求收集到报表交付的基本流程
Assist in developing, updating and maintaining Power BI reports, and complete at least one small-scale Power BI implementation project, covering the process from requirement gathering to report delivery.
b) 协调和跟踪数字化项目实施进度，与相关业务部门沟通，确保项目任务按计划推进。
Coordinate and track digital project progress, communicate with relevant business departments, and support the timely execution of project activities.
2. 创新与员工激励 / Innovation & Employee Engagement
a) 协助搜集每月的合理化建议，安排每月的合理化建议评选
Collect and consolidate monthly employee improvement idea, and support the organization of monthly best idea selection and related engagement activities.
b) 按季度统计合理化个人积分，协助完成积分的确认和发放
Consolidate quarterly employee innovation points, support data verification and confirmation.
3. 数据管理/ Data Management
a) 协助整理数据资产清单，检查数据完整性、一致性及准确度，识别并反馈数据问题。
Assist in organizing master data and key business data inventories, checking data completeness, consistency and accuracy, and identifying and reporting data quality issues.
b) 协助维护数据管理相关文档、台账及跟踪记录，支持数据治理工作的日常推进
Support daily data governance activities by maintaining relevant documentation, registers and tracking records.

? Education:
本科或硕士在读，专业不限，对项目管理感兴趣
Undergraduate/Master student, any major, interested in project management.

? Technical skills/技术能力：
? 熟悉Power BI, 掌握Power Query, DAX、数据建模及报表开发，可以独立完成基础报表的搭建。
Good knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling and report/dashboard development, with the ability to independently develop and maintain basic reports.
? 熟练使用Excel,掌握常用函数，EXCEL VBA，可独立编写VBA Macro, 实现简单的工作自动化。
Proficient in Excel VBA, with the ability to independently develop macros to automate repetitive tasks, process data and improve work efficiency.
