MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
?Support finance team to maintenance master data in BI system
?Support data collection, uploading, new BI reports UAT, etc
?Support Finance team for routine monthly reports
?Department Administration: Assist finance and IT department in daily department administration, such as document filing, contract payment progress follow-up, etc…
?Other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
?University student major in Finance, Information Technology;
?Fluent English both in written and oral
?Detail oriented and accountable
?Can work 3 days a week, at least 3-6 months
?Can-do attitude and good team work;
?Good problem solving skills and the ability to work with supervisions in a multitasking environment;
?Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
