Primary Purpose:
To provide administrative and logistics support for trainings, events and various programs led by Retail Training & Development team.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Training & Development to...
? Assist in all training preparations and logistics arrangement in coordination with internal partners and external vendors.
? Translate and adapt training materials from English to Chinese.
? Provide administrative support for e-learning platform.
? Research industry best practices and suggest changes as appropriate for Hong Kong / Macau market.
? Compile and maintain clear training record.
? Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

The accomplished individual will be/possess...
? Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin).
? Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task.
? Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
? Demonstrate confidence and ability to network and develop relationships
? Good proficiency in MS Office, esp Powerpoint; H5 and Photoshop are advantages.
? Good at designing PPTs, image editing, and video editing (using apps like Scissors, Kuaikan, AI kimi, and Chat GPT). 公司简要介绍：
