Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new product development from concept to launch
2. Research and analyzes floor care, air care business in the market and propose new ideas/features that related to company strategy
3. Identify and recommend existing product upgrades and improvements
4. Execute design concept with detail CAD, prototype build, testing and present to Business Unit

Requirement:
1. Degree or above in Mechatronics or related discipline
2. 10 years R&D experience in rechargeable and motor driven product development. IoT knowledge is an advantage.
3. Creative, smart and intelligent individual
4. Independent, detail minded and can work under pressure
5. Experience in Pro-E, Solidworks, Catia,
6. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
