接待归档办公环境办公秩序日常管理维护接待来访人员公司运营
主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1. 前台与日常行政支持 Front Desk & Daily Administrative Support
61 访客接待、登记及对接Visitor greeting and registration, notify hosts promptly
61 办公室环境维护,日常巡检及设施报修 Office environment maintenance, daily facility check and repair reporting
2. 办公用品与供应商管理 Office Supplies & Vendor Management
61 办公用品、饮用水、日常消耗品等的采购与成本控制 Procurement of office supplies, drinking water, daily consumables and cost control
61 根据需求与物业及第三方供应商沟通协调 Communicate and coordinate with the Property Management Department and third-party suppliers based on requirements
3. 行政支持与跨部门协作 Admin Support & Cross-functional Collaboration
61 订制门禁卡、名片、工位安排 Arrangement of access cards, business card, workstation
61 定期清点工位并更新布局图Regularly check on the workstations and update the layout diagram
61 支持各项公司活动 Support company events
61 根据工作需要由上级安排的其他工作 Other work assigned by Manager
要求Requirements:
1. 学历:大专及以上 Education: College degree and above
2. 两年以上的前台相关工作经验At least 2 years admin related work experience
3. 有基本的英语听说读写Basic English (written and spoken)
4. 熟练使用办公软件Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. 具备服务意识、工作责任心;积极主动、注重细节 Strong sense of service, responsibilities; Proactive, detail-oriented
